This policy explains what data is collected through this site's solar simulator, why, and who it is shared with. It applies to the processing of personal data of anyone filling in the form, in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Data collected

Postcode, municipality, roof area, orientation, annual electricity consumption, name, email and phone number — provided voluntarily via the simulator.

Purpose and recipient

This data is used to draw up a solar installation quote and is shared with our partner installer in Luxembourg for that sole purpose, with your explicit consent collected when the form is submitted (mandatory checkbox).

Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Cookies and trackers

This site does not use any audience-measurement, advertising or tracking cookies. No browsing data is collected beyond the information you voluntarily submit through the simulator form.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 3 years from your request if it does not result in a signed quote with the partner installer, after which it is deleted or anonymised. If a quote is signed, it is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship with the installer, in line with applicable legal obligations.

Technical processors

Hosting of the site, the database, and email delivery (request confirmation, internal notification): Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland. Your request is also transmitted, via a secure API, to the partner installer in Luxembourg named above. No data is sold or shared with any other third party.
